Refund policy

All Artful Planners & Notebooks are made to order. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Please double check your order before purchasing. All custom made products are final sale. Thank you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products because they are made to order. Once you have personalized your product and have placed an order, it is considered non-refundable. Planners and journals/notebooks are made exactly how you order them. Please double check your personalized product before placing your order. We can not change any words or fonts once your order has been placed. This includes all planners that have layout options and extra add on pages. There are no cancellations, refunds or returns on any planners or journals. 

Accessories can be returned within 30 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
